My favorite is one that I did for WDE17December 2010(host Allain) called "Boite de Rubans" ( Box of Ribbons) - while it was challenging it was also quite fun to see each spool of ribbon wind or unwind! LOL It is 7.5x10.5 on Strathmore 140 paper done with mixed media Daniel Smith Interference watercolors and Gold and Silver acrylics.

Still life is far from my usual subjects. But this was done in a workshop, and I thinks I enjoyed the idea. I think I may have missed something for some years.

Still Life with Nest (no actual nests were harmed during the making of this painting)
Not a great photo, but I enjoyed creating some of the various textures in this one.

Silent Witness
a very old spoon that has been around forever...painted in complete silence at 4.30 in the morning..inanimate object seems to come to life sometime..and we can imagine them whispering thoughts..
