Where is my subscription?

At the beginning of August I responded to an email offering 66% off the Artist Magazine. THere has been no contact since. I've emailed the address on here and on the email (which was not easy to find) to enquire what happens next but have had no response. As contact information was not obvious I am now wondering if it was genuine?!
Can someone enlighten me before I apply for a refund on my credit card?

I will try that email address. I did try the subscriptions address yesterday but it asks for a number to be found on your label which, of course, I won't have as its a digital download! The credit card statement only has a tel no for UPS which, again, is not very relevant.
I expected some sort of confirmation email which I didn't get. I do hope its sorted out as I am looking forward to seeing the issues.

I have now been contacted and sent links to 2 issues. Hopefully they will be able to add me to the relevant email lists for the rest (I'm sure they will)
