Welcome to WetCanvas and the Figure Forum.
Note: Ever since Bernie (Rosic) posted his great original FAQ thread for the Figure forum, this has been edited to reflect recent modifications.

Within this thread you will find the answers to many of your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)... like... How do I post an image?... How to do I send a PM?... When not to Critique, ... etc.
Critiques
Please
indicate clearly in your post if you don't want your work to be critiqued by fellow members. You may
also read this discussion thread started by DanaT. More on critiquing guidelines given below.
How often can I post a new thread?
Please allow for a
24 hour period before posting a new thread. This is to give everyone an equal opportunity to have their threads on the first page, at least on the first day of posting.
I've posted my work. What now?
Excellent question! Please have a look at the work of other members and leave (at least) a word or two of encouragement. That's how a forum works - through interaction. Besides, we also expect others to do the same, don't we
Btw, while leaving comments in successive threads, please do it from below upwards. This helps preserve the original order in which they were present.
User Agreement - So what did I sign anyways?
Ever wondered just what your User Agreement says? Check it out here...
Updated User Agreement
About the BUTT icon...
The

Icon
is added by default i.e.
automatically to every thread and every edited post in the Figure forum (thanks to former site owner Kerri).
If you're posting a
non-nude image please
un-attach it by clicking on the small circle next to '
No icon'. If that doesn't work, click on one of the other choices, before clicking 'save changes'. The

icon also appears by default in every post you edit. If that annoys you, it can be removed in the same way.
When do I need the
ICON? - As mentioned above, this will be set as default to all your Figure Forum posts, but read on in any case...
WetCanvas requires the BUTT Icon for nudity/partial nudity posts... For more info on the current
erotic/nude art policy please re-visit
User Agreement and scroll down to
section 24. J (placed under Rules of Conduct)
(
Edit: link below may not work)

Again... how do I remove the
ICON?
When posting non-nude images, click on the "
No Icon" option...
OR, if that doesn't work, on one of the other options.
OR, if none of that works, PM a mod/guide
OR, click the "
Alert Post" button (
the red triangle) at the top right next to the post number
... and type a note that you need the

icon removed and a Moderator will remove it. You may also use this button to alert the staff about other issues.
