I'd say you're a good understudy Dee!!! You've processed and put forward about 90% of what I proposed...and it looks good!
Now I'd say the only thing you might strive is to put that same intensity of the sun's presence and influence evident of the bush on the left into some of those trees. Color is somewhat a scary thing for many painters, and it is the purity of a color minus adding white or black that will give the illusion of brilliance. For example, look how that bush glows, and that is a result of pure color.
