new mini/thunderstorms

Just finished this, something I've wanted to paint for a long time. Please let me know where you see room for improvement.

W&N artists oils
on Ivorine

I like the muted colors - very suitable ! Those rain showers coming down from the clouds are way too sharp edged though - they dont 'read' . Maybe just scumble the edges and soften will do the trick easily ?

It's taken a long time to recover from my fit of laughter, Matt, but you have a good point. Thanks Colin, I'm glad the colors work, and thanks too, I do need to soften those edges of the rain.

Forgot to mention, this is in the Arkansas River Valley in southern Colorado.
