Artist's magazine digital?

Hello, I am interested in purchasing a digital subscription to the Artist's magazine. But there is NO place on that website to send a question. I wondering if anyone on here subscribes to it I have some questions:

First, is there an option to read the digital magazine NOT online, but just on your computer? I know some digital magazine subscriptions let you only read online, and I need something that I can actually download from my email onto my computer every month, and have to read with me even when there is no WiFi available.

Also, is there any software I need to download to be able to read this subscription?

And finally, if you've worked with this company before, how do I ask them a question? I saw that if you are subscribed you can ask them something through a subscription page, but it is subscription inquiries only. What if I have another general question, like this one. Where can I ask them anything?

If anyone on here as any experience working with them, please comment and let me know what you think of the service.

Hi Paintinglover! Thanks for posting your questions here - I'm happy to answer them for you (sorry for the delay; I've just returned from vacation).

When you purchase a single digital issue or a digital subscription of The Artist's Magazine, you'll receive a PDF. You can download this file, and view it without internet access. (By the way - these are really cool because you can zoom in on the artwork and search for specific topics). If you are online, you can click on any of the web addresses for bonus articles.

The only software you need is Adobe Reader, which you can download for free.
