Cat -this is lovely! I prefer the colours of the Eastern Rosella to the Crimson Rosella. Haven't tried a bird yet myself but there have been quite a few in this forum of late which is tempting me to have a try. Great work on this one's beak and eye.

Thanks so much everyone for your comments! I just love these birds, they visit my garden sometimes.
I'm planning on drawing a Musk Lorikeet next, really enjoy drawing birds at the moment  |

This is delightful. As everyone has remarked, the colours are certainly lovely. I also like the way you have rendered the bark of the branch.
