The drawing in your wife's portrait is good- notice the lower placement of the mouth (well done, by the way) and in the hair, the hairline and width to the right. The nose and far eye are shifted slightly left also. Some forms of her shoulder might be refined.
The baby's guides have been moved slightly to the left to match the drawing- some trimming and adjustments could bring the features closer to your reference.
Stronger values could be developed in mom's eyes and also on her shadow side to increase lighting- darks will draw attention, so use them accordingly.
