The main thing that I find distracting is the lighting on the image of the watercolour - and not the painting itself.
The light is softly shining down the image [which is good] but it over-emphasizes the paper texture. If your photo set up allows, try a clean white bounce card out of the photo but angled to bounce light back onto the watercolour from the bottom. This card could be a clean piece of watercolour paper.
This will effectively [Open the shadows]. and reduce the watercolour paper texture.
Don't overdo and totally remove the texture. I like the texture, but I would dial it back a bit.
Overall I like the painting.
