Welcome to the forum! What a beautiful and cheerful painting! You must have a beautiful mind to be able to see such a lovely colorful view. I don't know how to critique such a theme, but from a technical standpoint, if you can maintain your washes a little smoother , like in the sky, and the edges a bit straighter and confident, like the roof edges, this will go up a few more notches from the already top notch work you produce.
