Sorry that I haven't gotten back to this one or answered questions. Kidding season is here again and I also had to squeeze in another portrait, so I haven't actually finished this one yet. Although it is very very close. Sometimes I like to put it away and then I see it with fresh eyes.

To answer a couple questions..... I have not done a tutorial per se, although several people have asked me too. Maybe someday I will try.

As for the whiskers, I use an exacto knife to gently and carefully scrap the wax away where I want to add the whiskers and with a tiny brush I paint in the whiskers with white acrylic paint.
