There's a lot of experience reflected in these threads, Ma!

I hope you'll hang around a while, pick up some tips and show us some of your work.

Finishing Scratchboard Art! I'm new to this medium and was wondering how a piece of scratchboard art, once finished, is protected. I've heard of some spray finish. What would that be and are there any other methods used. Could someone fill me in on what to do with a piece once the work has been completed.

Welcome Istabor! There many ways to "finish" a board and there's been plenty of discussion about our various methods. If you go to this thread and go to the last few posts, you'll find links to those discussions: http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/showthread.php?t=469652
