Adding To Your Watch List
The Watch Function allows you to keep a list of advertisements that interest you. To add an advertisement to your watch list, simply click on the "Watch" link in the options, this is located above the item details when veining an advertisement. Using Your Watch List
From the drop down navigation menu, select "My Items To Watch" This will display a full list of advertisements that you are interested in. To view all details of an advertisement, click on the title. To stop watching an advertisement, click on "Remove Watch", this is located in the far right column. As advertisements are deleted after they expire, they will also be automatic be removed from your watch list as well. |

Placing An Item On Hold
This function is only available with classified advertisements if the seller has opted to use it. You may place an item on hold if you are interested in buying it, this function gives you time to make payment of find out more information from the seller. If you decide to hold an item an email will be sent to the seller and the advertisement will be removed from public view. Using Your Hold List
From the drop down navigation menu, select "My Held Items" This will display a full list of advertisements that you are currently holding. To view all details of an advertisement, click on the title. You can remove the hold at any time by selecting "Remove Hold" either from the hold list of from the links at the bottom of the advertisement. Again an email is sent to the seller providing them with the reason why you are not holding it anymore. The seller can also remove the hold on the item without notification. NOTE:
It is advisable not to abuse this function as the seller may add you to their private ban list! |

Asking A Question
You will find a "Ask FAQ" link in the options area when you are looking at an advertisement and on the "View FAQ's" page. When you click this link you will be asked to enter your question. Once your question is submitted an email will be sent to the seller as will as being added to his unanswered questions list. Answering A Question
You can either follow the like from the email that you received or click on "Unanswered FAQ's" in the navigation bar near the top of the page. From here you will lee a list of questions that have been asked and as yet not been answered. There is two options here, either you can answer the question or delete it. If you choose to answer it an email will be sent to the author of the question advising them that you have responded, the FAQ will stay there as long as the advertisement does incase others have the same question. If you choose to delete it then nothing happens, and the question is removed permanently. Viewing FAQ's
When looking at advertisements, you will see the link "View FAQ's (x)". (x) represents how many questions have been asked. when clicked on, will display all past FAQ's. |

After the first bid has been made it displays all the biding information: - Current winning bid and who placed it
- If the reserve price have been met.
- Total bids & link to view bid history
- Displays the next minimum bid. You may enter a larger bid if you wish however smaller bids will not be accepted

The "Buy Now" button will appear in both auctions and classifieds. In auction advertisements the button will disappear at a price set by the seller. The amount of money payed is governed by the set amounts set by the seller. Pay Me Now
The "Pay Me Now" button only appears in business directories. This feature can be used at ant time if a payment needs to be made to the advertiser for services or goods. The amount of money payed is entered by the person making the payment. |

These are optional to the seller depending on what they want to or can accept. More payments may be added in the future. PayPal Instant Payment Gateway
If you select to use PayPal to pay for your goods and services, you will be taken to the PayPal site. Log in and follow all instructions carefully, once payment has been made you will then be redirected back to this site. If the payment was successful you will then receive further instructions. If you used a credit card or e-check, payment can not be verified at this time and you will need to contact the seller to find if the payment was cleared. Seller Terms
The seller will provided you with other payment options. This could be anything from bank details where cash can be deposited to an address where payment can be sent.
You can provide confirmation details to the seller if needed. Then click on "Accept terms", this is classed as a transaction as you have accepted the terms outlined by the seller.
NOTE: It is advisable not to abuse this function as the seller may add you to their private ban list!. |
