After my first acrylic painting, I decided to do a self portrait.
The results is not exactly what I intended to produce, but hope its not too bad for a beginner.
C&C welcome!

You are doing fine. Keep at it. Takes a while to just learn the properties of the materials. To do a portrait, let alone a self portrait is at best daunting. You have done a fine piece.

Talk about throwing yourself into the deep end - portraits are difficult enough to do, let alone for one of your first acrylics. Good start, well done.

Ajith, you have done a fine portrait for your first try! Yes, acrylics dry very fast. I went to water mixable oils for this reason, but think they dry too slow! Never satisfied, huh?

Ajithr, I'm also new to acrylics and think you are doing very well. It took great courage to tackle a portrait!
