I'd like to know what needs to be finished? Maybe some shadows in the very whitest objects?
It is delicious. Very cool. Also interesting subject matter. Sometimes I see some extremely detailed paintings that are beyond impressive, but they don't garnish a second look because the subject matter doesn't hold your attention. You have both skill and interest.
Questions: do you use all triple zero brushes? Did you do an underpainting, and if so, did you do it in neutral grays or did you use a warm redish-grey or what? It looks like you have a ton of gloss varnish on top. Even if you have proper lights and a tripod, some of that might show up as glare on the photo, but it doesn't. How did you do that? I don't paint like this at all, but it is always so fascinating to see how other artists styles develop and how they work.

Thank you all for your comments.
AllisonR:the painting is done with brushes and airbrush, erasing and scraping, there is no varnish on the work yet, I only use matte varnish no gloss. The Hummel figure and the corkscrew need to be finished. No underpainting on this painting, I'm working light to dark building the colours slowly.
