I dont venture over here very much and have not tried pastels as of yet. I did pick up a bunch of NuPastel Hard sticks and have soft as well that I purchased last summer. Since I sell all of my work on-line, I am concerned about how it ships. Has anyone here had experience with shipping works done in pastel?
If so, I would be very interested in hearing your procedure, the disadvantages of it and what condition they are more then likely to arrive in.

Do not frame in plastic, as the static charge can pull the pastel from the work.

Thank you Dan and Rose Queen.
I am confused though. You ship with a piece of glass on the front of it? What if you dont want to ship glass due to breakage? How do you stabilize the pastel not to smear?
Anyone else ship pastels???
