I haven't had time to put pastel to paper in nearly a week!
My hours at work have gone up from 2 to 4 nights a week and even though I am only very new to pastels I'm finding I miss my dusty friends!
I did consider a quick sketch but nothing I had about inspired me.
I have missed out joining the weekly threads ....such wonderful work done by everyone.
Hopefully I will get myself organised to join in next week.
I shall be lurking till then.

oh, poor you, Woe.
Read, absorb, learn. You will come back fresher and with more energy.
Aw, Jackie's right, when you stay away from drawing you are all energized to get going when you're able to fit it in. Don't pick an elaborate thing to do, just one simple object is enough!

don't worry - we'll still be here and you'll be so "free" and ready to paint you won't believe how quickly time passed.

angeline ~ never mind, I'm in somewhat the same situation at the moment ~ feeling stressed out and busy and out of touch with my pastels and this forum  But we'll be back! With a vengeance! :D
