How are these for oils? I go to my local art store, which is Michael's, and I usually buy random single brushes I think I may like. Some of my favorites have been some mop brushes, which I believe are actually for watercolor. So hoping if I drop $60 on this pack it's not a waste!

I use golden taklon brushes for oil and acrylic (a separate set for each of the two types of paints). If you go to Trekell's website you can get the same brushes separately and cheaper than getting the "Crayola" tagged set. I don't know if Taklon is the best for oils or anything, all I know is that they work, and good.

Trekell's brushes are awesome and the prices are right. It's what I use and will continue to use.
