Well I have been MIA for a while - working on illustrations for a new children's book so not having much pure 'play' time. (Although I'm loving doing the illustrations) :heart: This weekend I also had to get my paintings ready to take to a gallery where they'll be for 2 months --- all my walls and studio look very bare. :eek: I don't think it's going to be an extremely profitable venture, but you never know --- what is the quote that says 95% of the battle is to just 'show up'???? --in this case, with paintings. :lol:
Anyway, sorry for the ramble--- this is 7 x 10 inches on Arches 140 lb paper. I thought about doing something abstract as the challenge says, but that didn't happen. I resisted the urge to do every drop of water. :)
