This painting is different than what I usually do other than the wooden board. Really enjoyed painting the subtle values in the bottle and also the intense colors of the leaves. The size of this painting is 10 x 8 inches and done in oils. As always you can see the making of this painting on my blog. Thanks for viewing!

Beauty in simplicity! Fall colors add to the awe. Just a small thought: am I seeing the bottle slightly leaning towards left?

I like this one too Jon...and yes, there is a very slight bulge at the widest part at the top of the bottle below the neck....but I had to measure it to see it! :D

Thank you everyone and yes there is a lean to the bottle, the main reason is because I wanted to show more of the leaf on the bottom left and had to give up some of the width on the bottom to do so. I probably should change the name of the painting to "Leaning Bottle of Pissa" ;) Thanks again everyone.

Oh Jon...I implied it was tiny enough to have to measure to see it!!!:p
