I have searched quite a bit of the old threads concering copyright laws but couldn't find a precise answer for this question. If I draw a Wilson baseball glove that I purchased and have sitting in front of me is it copyright infringement if I draw the Wilson logo on the glove? I see so many prints for sale of drawings containing a name brand. Is that OK or is that some violation of copyright law? Can you take your own picture of, oh let's just say a tube of Crest toothpaste, draw it, make prints of it and sell it?
