Beware of naming your subject/painting before it's done! :) Patience seemed an appropriate name for a snail girl, right? Well, she taught me some... this is version 4... I wound up so stubbornly obsessed people were quietly tiptoeing away from me lol

Whatever I paint next I think I'll name it 'Easy' :)

Charming work and worth the lesson. Very much a character building process and it seems like a good base for an animated feature. Maybe about patience......LOL Could also be a character for a book or a childrens book.

Nice character development.

Very nicely done

It was worth the effort. This a charming illustrative work and would be brilliant for a children's book.

Oh yes, worth the time and effort!

Perhaps the next should be 'Difficult in the Extreme' - then it may just roll off the brush in record time!

Awwww... you guys are great, thanks so much! I think, however, I'm going to go back into it... it was such a huge pain that I'm realizing now I was pretty timid with the contrast for fear of having to start it... again :)

I'll update when I'm done messing with it.. and thanks again, you guys are always so encouraging!
