The reference for this painting comes from a local festival, where the ladies from the local Red Hat Society was out in full force, wall to wall of purples & reds, the masses of color was beautiful. For anyone who doesn't know the Red Hat Society is for women who are over 50 who live life to the fullest, with joy and class!

First acrylic portrait, still using my limited palette, except for the background on this one.

Timeless Beauty
18" x 24" acrylic on canvas

Now this one has been on and off the easel for almost a year. The marble was no problem, it was the tinfoil that I struggled with. When I did the photo shoot for this painting I set it up with clear coloured vases around the tinfoil so that the colours would reflect onto the tinfoil, good idea for a photo but a nightmare for a painting lol

Still trying to figure out a name for it, so if you have a name for it please share.

C & C always welcomed & appreciated.

In the meantime it is

Marble on a Tinfoil Landscape
16" x 20" acrylic on canvas.
