Check out the Wearable Art forum (http://www.wetcanvas.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=136) they deal in jewellery advice.

What part of the country are you in?

I typically order from Rio Grande (http://www.riogrande.com/) and have it sent via USPS. Mostly customs just charges me HST, but I occasionally get hit with an additional fee.

Lacy (http://www.lacytools.ca/default.aspx) in Toronto has an online site, but I've never used it and there is lacywest (http://www.lacywest.com/) in vancouver but I haven't used their online site either.

I'm in New Brunswick. I know of some great US sites-I was hoping to be able to order online Canada, but it seems to be futile. I'll check the link given by the other responder here.

Lacy & Company is a great store for jewellery tools. They distribute some of the Rio Grande supplies and also most of the products that Rio Grande imports.
