Here's a commission piece I just completed for a customer. This is acrylic on board - about 6 foot long. My client wanted an art deco styled steam locomotive and car racing side by side. I chose the Pennsylvania Rail Road 1939 S1 locomotive and a 1937 Cadillac V-16 coupe.

I love this! I love the huge plume of steam that seems to be coming from the rear of the car; I love the "landscape" image in the hubcaps of the car; I love the three train wheels appearing under the belly of the car, making it seem as though the car has additional wheels.
