Kathie, Your painting turned out great, I really like it! the colors are soft and peaceful, I like the different shades of tan and green that you used.

I'll bet that was a fun workshop, I am jealous! :) I've watched a few of his videos before...

Kathie: This is terrific. The way that you handled the color, texture, and values makes me feel like I am there, right on the sand.
Kudos.

Hey quit putting that copyright thingy on there. It makes it harder to print out and sell on Ebay.

What a great looking painting Kathie and I'll bet it was an experience you'll always treasure being in that workshop. Were there a lot of people in it and would you do it again? Judging from the lovely painting I'll bet you would. shrl

Four hours well spent!! It takes right away up to the ridge of the dune and beyond. Love it.

A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!!!!
I really appreciate all the comments!!
I did really enjoy the workshop and learned alot, I never really had any professional art instructions before, always room to learn new things.

Yes I'd take his workshop again, well worth it.
the St Augustine Art Association had a large room we used and there were 10 other artists of different levels also there with individual tables and standing easels!!
Still working on the one I started on saturday, its a bit larger (16x20)
