In between the Birds series I devote some time to work on the recently acquired Black Scratchboards (paper). This is the second board .
The working method is reduced to minimum-- just the board and a scalpel,
no ink and no brush. What can be more simpler .
Size 11 x 8.5"

When it's just just board and scalpel it really does make it simple and very graphic (which is so interesting!). I really enjoy your work, on the bird series, and with this one too. :)

Nancy :Mark ; Thank you
Patrick :I signed with scalpel . That is what I do on dark colored background
[B]Lorna : What I said is in the context of using White Board. For B/W black board is most convenient and i enjoyed doing it
Allan ; Thank You
Harry : Very true. One must guard against reversing the order
Emily: . Thank you : The Bird series will continue till "Z"

As usual you work is Beautiful! Just one thing catches my eye that I though I'd mention, The left eye seems dead to me, maybe show some bottom eye lid with some sheen or even a bit of highlight on the eyeball.Aside from that I bow down!

Sammy : I count on your support
Brett : Thanks for your kind words.
Lynn : Only three more are remaining. I am trying to get Ampersand boards. Transporting them from US is the problem.
Rich : It is so nice of you to say so.
Pamela : I have done something to make the left side eye look more lively. Please see whether it is OK. Thanks for your suggestion

Irfan: Thank you
Diane : The difference is due to the board used .
Rick : I appreciate your comments.
Pamela: The problem with the board is that while cross hatching the surface chips and the fine definition of line is lost
Harry : you have always been supportive
