I forgot to mention this is from a wonderful photo in our RIL by Chia.
Here is the latest scan.The only color there will be is the subtle brown in the pepper.

This is beautiful, Diana, and I love the touch of brown in the otherwise black and white work. I'm looking forward to learning from your work as Hector said he does.

It's German, and means "over" . . . so when it gets attached to another word, it means "ultra" or "over the top". And thus endeth the German lesson for the day ;).

Here is the latest. I got on a roll yesterday. I need to do a lot of tweeking and add more spilled salt, but it is close to being done! When it is done I will add close-ups to the post.

I love it all, the simple color scheme, the perfect scratching but the reflection is brilliant. Now throw some of that salt over your left shoulder. Rick

Those delicate little scratches are a treat for the eye. I thought the pepper was beautifully done but the salt is even better.

Diana, I don't think there is anything that you cant make Look better by putting it on a piece of scratchbord and those close ups make it Look so simple. Simply awesome. 
