All codes are abstractions but they all follow inherent rules. Some of those rules are simple, others are not.

This one is a little off the beaten path but as usual, all C&C's welcome.

I love the colors in this. The only comment is the left hand side seems rigid and formal and the other elements are freeform. Not that that is bad, I just feel it detracts from the overall theme.

Well if you consider bar code graphs I guess the rigid stuff fits as well.

I love the new addition of the stones to your usual elements, Jim. If anything, rather than remove the bar on the left, I'd like to see the coding on the right match the other textures.

Really striking; the photorealistic effect of your work amazes me. The pebbles look like lapis lazuli. Are they constructed images?

Iím partial to the color blue, so I really love this.

I like this -- it invites a longer look

Cool! I can see someone staring at this trying to break the code (until they go nuts?!).

Good morning... thanks to all of you for viewing and commenting.

Barbara, I thought the geometry of the left provided some contrast to the organic forms in the rest of the image... what do you think?

Desrat, I looked at that for awhile and decided I preferred the subtle mystery instead.

John, the textures are combinations and manipulations of a few previously used textures.

Mark, If you do break the code.... let me know. I'd love to understand it. ;-)
