Thank you for starting a March S&T Lawn Jockey! I don't have any new pics and I'm afraid I've posted all my old ones. I'll post as soon as I make something new.

Beautiful medicine bag Lawn Jockey - what a lot of work that looks like!! I don't have too much to share, been very busy getting ready for the Fraser Valley Bead Show. Here's a couple of class samples I made for the show - first is a riveted pendant and earring set (brass, silver & copper).

And this is a wide copper cuff that I etched. I really like the texture on this one!

Great work on the medicine bag, Lawn Jockey! I'm sure it was very time-consuming.

Barrie, I really like the metal work! Did you cut out the disks in the set?

Thanks Sandy! I used a disk cutter to punch out the circles. I could cut them, I know how to cut them - but that would be WAY too tedious for me! LOL

Lovely work Lawn Jockey, those Klimt style squares are beautiful. Beautiful necklace too.

Barrie, love the etching, do you use ferric chloride for copper?

Lawn Jockey, very pretty necklace!! What's the center stone? Looks like a familiar mineral specimen, but I don't have my glasses on so I could be wayyyy off!! lol

Thanks Claire, I used ferric chloride for this one. I'm quite happy with how it turned out.
