View Full Version : Modern Pointillism

Hello all, this is my first post and I would like to introduce myself. My friends call me Christian and I am a 51 year old oil painter. I have spent my life painting portraits since I got out of college. I wasn't exactly thrilled to have spent the last 30 years turning mommy’s little gooses into swans but it paid the bills. On the side I spent my time looking for any form of painting I could call my own. Fifteen years of focus and experimentation with the one style of painting no one likes to do and is totally economically unfeasible is Pointillism. I have evolved dot panting into an algorithmic processes of color analysis and I would be honored if you would all review it. Maybe some will take the time to really read it and tell me what you think of the theories of matrix construction, not just the finished works.

Your artist,
