...and wonder if anyone might know of a resource. They need to be lightweight and non bleeding (ie: won't rust).

I'm not sure what you mean, how many perforations and what do you want to do with them?

Really only need one at the top for a jump ring, but figured that it might be easier to search for something that is perforated all over. This is going to be an
assembly line type of operation and I want to cut down on the steps that I would otherwise do such as cutting out the metal disk using my disc cutter, filing the edges and drilling a hole for the jump ring.
If anyone knows of a source for a non perforated disk with one hole at the top which can be purchased by the gross, I'd forever be in your debt! :angel:

I bet you can buy dog tag discs cheaply in bulk, they would be stamped blanks with a single hole, and either stainless steel or aluminium.
