I like the combination of the two mediums very much. It allows me to use my hands directly on a piece which is important for me when I work.

I try not to think too much when I am painting, but for me the head indicates weight and a lean towards the more feminine side of the torso.

Is she supposed to be a saint? And the halo and what look like birds representing her sainthood? I like it.. All of your work is so primal.. It's refreshing.
