I am just in from getting some hard copies of prints I did.

After a check of said prints - in the store - with my G S & V F Card, I found I am about .3 EV low in brightness. As they were done @ PLUS 0.7 - I thought I would try one at PLUS 1 to see what I could do. Below are the results of my SKIN TONE @ VALUE 8 with the G S & V FCARD at 30 degrees to the sky at EV PLUS 1. my B/W'S I did STRAIGHT - ON THE B/W SETTING - on the cam. Then I just set the COLOR SELECTOR to COLOR for that one.

When I check these images with my SCANNED G S V F CARD, the VALUES seem to MATCH QUITE CLOSE to the G S V F CARD in the image.

Below is the result of my SKIN TONE @ value 7 in MACDONALD'S on b/w
straight from the cam. I did not do any color study - I wanted to find out my
VALUES on my G S V F CARD first = and it is easier to MATCH in B/W than in
COLOR. When I put my VALUE 7 on the skin on the cam screen that matched
my skin brightness DEAD ON. When I checked my skin tone brightness on the
P C with VALUE 7 - again DEAD ON. VALUE 7 is on SUBJECT'S RIGHT - OUR
LEFT - CHEEK area. No flash is used on this either.
