Hi everyones,

Here is a little oil I want to share with you.

I have try to work on this unusual format for me 8x16 (Raymar panel)
I try to put some poetry to it.

I suspect it has more vibrancy and life than my monitor gives it. The longer I looked at this on 'zoom', the more it grew on me.

That's a nice, sweeping view across the landscape, and those trees are pretty ablaze with fall colors.

I like the format of this and I love those brushstrokes in the trees. Wonderful to look at.

I especially like the way the violets resonate with the yellows. It's a beautiful painting.

Lots of impact, the trees are lit up with warm sunlight and a breeze catches them and shakes the bright light through the leaves. I agree with Sue the violets really work beautifully with the yellows. I also like the format, yes for you to paint on this size it will take some getting used to but it has certainly worked very well in your very successful painting.:thumbsup:
