I am having a rather trying first day of '03

Smashed my hand in frit maker first thing this morning, a really nice vessel cracked on me (not paying attention, my own fault.)

Just stuff like that all day. Murder, mayhem etc.

Anyway, about my kiln, when I push roff, runn it just stays at the setpoint, does not cycle & display just displays runn.

Checked my programs & they have not changed.

For now I am running my kiln manually but was hoping someone might have an idea?

Quill, I bet that you have Lock-out, "Loc" enabled. It has happened to me. I dont' know if I can be of much help cause I am not near my kiln but, when you press the button to get to rrun, can you press the arrows up or down or continue to hold the button in to see if it says "Loc?" If you have the manual, look on page 43, "Loc" is in the "Paremeters" section.

Hope your hand feels better soon.
Good luck,
Betty

Thanks anyway guys. That was actually the first thing I checked.

The kiln is cycling but the display just stays at 'runn' till it is finished & then 'roff'

Okay for now but it is a pain not knowing what the temp is unless I turn it off & on. I does display temp until I start a cycle just not after.
