Love that Dick Blick Ad, and really like Dick Blick too. It is nice to know that we have a place inside wetcanvas to order our supplies.

Dick Blick is actually one of the better supply websites for browsing around. Lots of pictures, wide variety of brands, and lots of sensible cross-links (so if you're looking at, say, charcoal paper, they show links to other things you're likely to want like charcoal, or erasers, or pastels, or fixative, at the bottom). Prices, on the other hand, aren't always so good.

Dick Blick is a good source. In particular, I like their respect for brushes. I had gotten the 9007 series, but they stopped carrying it. Though they featured another brush they didn't call it "Masterstroke" because it wasn't. I've found their "masterstroke" brushes in any catagory very satisfactory.

(Hey Dick, do I get some free brushes for this post?)

Like to add my 2 cents about Dick Blick. They are a very nice group to work with. I've had the misfortune to receive merchandise that was damaged in transit and they replaced it in a snap. They are quick to ship and if UPS doesn't lose the package (as they did my last order) it arrives promptly.
