Mike that is to cool. I have seen a tree like this before. Cant remeber where I was? But the tree talked to you. Gave you directions. It was at Walt disney or Visionland some place like that. Cant wait to see more.

It does sound like a Disney thing. Now if I could keep the trees from cracking. I guess I will have to ditch the clear base glass.

Ummm, only 1 eye there Mike? I really love the brown color you have and I also like the way the Knots look.

Laurie, when you were talking about seeing a tree that talked to you, I thought you were loosing it, then I read Disney!:rolleyes:

I took sons to see 2 towers this week, and there are talking/walking trees called ints, which these reminded me of. Very cool. Helen

Hey Harold.
Seeing eye log, good one.

I have been an Ent hugger since 1971 and quite frankly that is where the main inspiration comes from.

The knots;
black dot, heat really well, stick a steak knife in and twist a couple times.

Now you did it - I need to go see Lord Of the Rings - I hear there are Ents in this one!!! (Yes it has been many years since I last read the books, so I don't remember which book the ents were in!)

Lo-og, Lo-og, for fun it's a wonderful toy
Lo-og, Lo-og, it's fun for a girl or a boy
Lo-og, Lo-og, it's big, it's heavy, it's wood
Lo-og, Lo-og, it's better than bad, it's GOOD!

Sorry. I've seen way too much Ren & Stimpy.
I like your staring stump.:cool:
