oil paint sticks

I'd like to use oil paint sticks, can they be used with oil pastels? As of now I have 2 colors that I've had for years tucked away in my supply cabinet. Ocher and Umber.

Hi Kim....welcome to Wet Canvas! :D Yup I believe you can mix the two. You should check out a really great book called the Pastel Book by Bill Creevy. He's got some great examples in the book and I think he specifically talks about mixing the two.
