I enter one show a year - am considering this as an entry. I think it's finished, but can happily rework for improvement.

I appreciate your input.

subtle shifts in background,
and repetition of shapes arrange
as divergent and convergent
blades makes it stunning.
the dark light make it beautiful
the centered red form behind
adds weight and humour.

yes

you should enter this one

stunning and complete as to composition....is it the scan or could the bare right background use a touch of blue???

Jerry says it all, of course

Another one of those rare images that makes me audibly go WOW. I too was wondering with Pam weather the photo was doing justice to this piece. I ran auto level on it and seem to have gotten a broader tonal range. The only nit I can find is the area I circled in the image below. It appears that the tonal value abruptly changes on the branch behind on opposite sides of the palm branches. This is a definite show piece.
