This is my first posting here.
It is a 3 colors lino (21cm x 29cm) which took me a lot of time to achieve.
I printed 10 expl of it (9 are for sale ;) )

That's one beautiful piece of work. Looks almost 3-dimensional.
Is this a reduction or seperate plates?

I'm not sure what you mean with "reduction" but ...
It was made in 3 times with one piece of lino that was more engraved after each printing.
Thanks for looking,

Reduction is using one piece of lino and carving a bit more away with each different color of ink. Sometimes, a printmaker will use a different pieces of lino for each color in the print.
You did a wonderful job of registration the process of lining up each new layer of the print after cutting away more of the lino).
Beautiful work! :)

This is a wonder piece, and I know how hard it is to get the registration right using the reduction technique. You did a great job.

Thank you Sassybird, it was indeed a real challenge, the more the lino stretched after each printing.
I'm now working on a new project for January... but I hesitate :
Will it be Humphrey Bogart or Clint Eastwood ?
Which one do you prefer?
