GENERAL INFORMATION:
Title: Jackson
Year Created: 2002
Medium: Watercolor
Surface: Watercolor Paper
Dimension: detail is about 4 in. by 5 in.

MY COMMENTS:
The hair has been modified from this reference to resemble another reference that the client provided so there will be diffrences in part and, as the client put it "poofiness".

MY QUESTIONS FOR THE GROUP:
The likeness is off, making him appear slightly older. I need fresher eyes than I have at the moment.

Beautiful Job.

Love the peachy skin color and the softness of painting.

It looks fine to me, I wouldn't change a bit. To make him look younger, the only thing I see is the eyebrows could be lightened a tiny bit. Their shape is fine. It looks like a great likeness and I would be scared to touch it myself. Lorijo

close enough
the overal use of color is well better than the source image.
variance is within range (I would say younger than older-but I would prefer not to say)
I like the sizes of the color areas.

Thanks everyone. I guess I was just being nit-picky. Now I can settle down and focus on finishing up the background. I hate the way these thinks look when scans are pieced together but I am pinching pennies for the holidays and decided not to get any film developed until after the 25th. So pieced together scans are all I have for the time being. Here is a peek at the full composition in progress.
