I paid $20 for a subscription to Artist's Magazine this year and I felt I actually got more useful info here at Wet Canvas! I decided to send an equal amount to subscribe here.

I agree, we certainly get our money's worth, no matter what amount we send. I would definitely miss my daily visits to Wet Canvas! if it weren't around.

After six months of viewing WC, I knew that I had to subscribe because I couldn't stand the thought of losing this wonderful site. I only wish I had more to give. It's been an incredible opportunity to view other people's wonderful work, learn how to improve my own work,get encouragement and inspiration,share thoughts and commiserate with other people who are going through their daily struggles to be the best they can be. Friendship, camaraderie,support.... I can think of many, many other reasons, but it would become a book...I'll be using some of my Christmas gift money to subscribe again...it's the best present I could give myself! Thank you WC and thank you WC members!:D

Thanks for the prompt. I actually tried to subscribe months ago, but there was something wrong with the site at the time and it didn't work - BUT I just did it now and it worked beautifully!

If WC is still going strong (it better be!!) when I'm older then I'll subscribe. I've learnt so much from here that I just could not grasp from books and TV (why are there no watercolour classes in Newcastle?!). :cool:

I only discovered Wet Canvas a few months ago and it is my most valuable reference and resource.


Gee !!! How many people are members of this site. If each member donated $2.00, $5.00 or $10.00 , less than the price of a magazine it certainly would add up quickly. I will be contributing before the New Year.

Yes I totally agree with you pam.......what would they do without all the nice things we have here at Wetcanvas.....I know I would be totally lost without it.....It's been such a help in my learning watercolours.......
