Anyone who wants a full day of hands-on Painting by Design can sign up for a one-day workshop given January 18, 2003, in Fallbrook, California.
I've been asked to compress my three-day workshops into one, to teach design to painters using all media (talk about a LOT to chew!).
If you're interested, please check out MY Workshops Page (http://www.elinart.com/fact/workshop.html).
I've been teaching at the high school and college level for over 20 years, and I think I've finally figured it out... In any event, I realize this subject is one of the most confusing ones for artists. the terms are all mixed up, composition and design--which is which? How can you make better paintings?
I try to make it simple, with easy choices based upon your current level of knowledge. If in doubt, I have references...

I was going to send you a "PM" but you don't have it on yet. I think you know designa dn I'd suggest you to anyone near ther (or far) from what I see of your work and you speak well. Drop me a line and I'll tell you a story about workshops. Tim
