This painting is done in chalk pastels and is approx.20"x16"
Unfortunately when the photo was taken part of the bottom of the painting got chopped off. Of course the colours are more vivid, especially moms tongue is much pinker in the original and actually looks wet.

Incredidble! I love the way you've varied the values on each of the animals, against such a dark background it is difficult to keep such a colorful subject from appearing 'pasted on', your value changes and the branches coming toward the forground have solved that problem quite effectively! Good job!
