Some work to do on the reflection colours James.

ok, how's the bg mist look? I'd like to get the water to look sort of glassy.

maybe a little darker on the mg rock reflection also the fg reflection. I tried to make the water in front of the boat a little ripple but fouled it up.can just make out the man in the doorway and the man on the left at the fish table. this is on 6x9 strathmore 140,maybe cramming too much into too little space, should use 9x12. Anyway I keep trying.

Much better James, I would scrub out a little of the water below the mist bank and maybe put a darker reflection in for the foreground bank.

Just have a go at lifting a little paint. Wet the area and scrub gently with a bristl brush then lift out with a tissue. If you are doing it again, use this one to practice your technique.

I love how you've done the trees on the left side. Let us see the larger one too.
Your reflections are much better now.
I like your composition and the texture on the rocky hillside.
I'm a little confused about where the house is sitting. The trees in the background look like they are right next to the house based on their size but they seem to be growing from a point much lower than where the house would be sitting. It might help to have the ground where the trees are rise up on the right to give the house a place to sit.

I think you got the mist now James. The reflection of the boat should be darker.
