Thanks Animal,

I love to use colored pencils...not too good at them yet though. I usually use ink first and finish the piece, then add some color enhancement. This fish I got carried away... http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif. I use Prismacolor pencils.

Crystal:

I've sent you an email and hope you get it :P

Please keep your images to a maximum width or height of 500pixels. Any larger and they scroll of the screen.

Thanks!

Great job, Crystal...
I like to ink first sometimes also. Much faster for deadlines on a commercial piece.
Or when reproduction is to be small.

Those are those feisty fighters aren't they?

Here's a ink & prismacolor Bass I did for a bank ad. My model was dead and smelly. The original is framed in the corporate office.

'Course they even framed a stack of money I drew for them once.

Thanks Gary!!! I loved your fish! I'm always trying to do new things, and now we just got a Quaker Parrot, so I want to learn birds. Got any good ideas for feathers?

Sorry Roan...I have no clue what I'm doing as far as resizing...can I just send all my stuff to you and have you fix them...?

KIDDING - KIDDING!!!

I will open PhotoShop 4.0 (just got it up and runnin' ) and learn how to resize.

Sorry,
Crystal

I'd like to do birds in ink with some (very little) color enhancement.

Got any ideas?

This is great - so nice to see more work in coloured pencils and fish are such an unusual subject too. I have not used pen and ink much with pencil as it always looks a little hard edged when I do it http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif
I used to have siamese fighters myself and this has caught the character very well
