Sorry Roan, but that wasn't me. I bet it was Animal. http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif

Speaking of Fresians though, for over a year I have been trying to convince Lynda to come here. She's a sculptor that specializes in Warmbloods and Friesans. http://www.thesculptedhorse.com/
Check out her site, and don't hesitate to write her. She's extremely helpful and friendly.

That's very strange because they mentioned you by name and even your email address.

One sec, I'll link you to the post -- HA! It was Lynda who mentioned you, Sandi :P Lynda Sappington, right? Scuptress?

Heh, here's the message:

Yes!! That's her. http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif Did you see her website yet?? She is an incredible sculptress!
I just wrote and gave her heck for forgetting about the links I gave her to the submit a tutorial page a while back. Plus all the times I've bugged her to come visit and do a project with us. She's so busy with her sculpting and marketing and editorials, so it's understandable. I forgive. http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif Besides, she is, afterall, a blond. *g* :::running and ducking:::

Keeping fingers crossed she submits a tutorial and visits us here in the forums.

It was Animal who sent the invites and yes, Lynda S is very good! She also lives close to my home town of Cincinnati, Oh. The next time I am "home" I plan on going to her studio for a visit. Here is a link to her latest sculpture http://www.thesculptedhorse.com/windswept.html It is quite a piece.

LOL Roan, that topic line still cracks me up! You're too cute. http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif

Welcome to WC, Pat! You know Lynda!! Isn't she fantastic?? I'd love to follow her around with a camcorder for a day just to see how she gets it all done! She's got to be the busiest person in the world, barring Scott. She's the one that should be beating that everready drum instead of that rabbit. lol
Give her a big hug for me when you see her!

HA! I was right! That was Animal who started the topic. Way to go Animal!! http://www.wetcanvas.com/ubb/smile.gif
