Hi all.

I haven't been here in a while, but I need some help, please.

A while back, probably quite some time back, I posted a photo of my siamese cat named Mokey as a good photo to paint. Well, Mokey has passed away,:( and it was one of the best pics I had of him. My computer crashed a couple of months ago, and when it was fixed, that picture was gone.

Could someone please see if they either saved it or if there is an old thread I can go through to see if I can find it?

It would mean alot to me.
Thanks,
Diana Cochran

So sorry for your loss, Diana. It is very hard on we here on earth when our beloved pets and friends pass over the rainbow bridge.

Thank you Shea and Jennylynn, I appreciate your thoughts.

I had him for 17 years from the day he was born. I found out the day before he died that he had lymphoma and that most older male cats die from this. The next morning, I was holding him in my arms kissing him, telling him I loved him and that it was okay for him to go, and he passed there in my arms. He was a very special part of my life for many years and I don't think he could ever be replaced in my heart.

As long as he is in your heart a part of him will always be alive. Glad you got the photo back.

Diana, he was so beautiful and your post touched me so much. He looks so strong and happy in the photo, he's had a great life and the love of a cat is so rock solid, it's one of the greatest joys in life. His eyes look like my Ari's. Thank you so much for sharing his photo and story with us.

All we can do is remember them. The pain eases with time but they're never forgotten.

Thanks Robert,

He was 14 in that pic and passed at 17. He was very loved and is sorely missed.

just lost my own Siamese girl at 21 a few months ago...those little blue-eyed angels are just the best, I love all my cats that have come to share time with me, but she is simply in a class by herself...I did a lot of drawings of her after she passed and it really helped me thorough it( I use one as my avatar)....so glad you can reclaim a pic and sorry for the loss
