I love this piece! I just spent a day taking photos of the wolf pack at our zoo and this looks like the alpha male we have here. I like the way you worked the shadows. Beautiful work.

Very nicely done....
If the image translates online here pretty accurate to your original, I'd make one suggestion. Its really a pet peeve of mine, so construe it if-you-will as something I tell everyone. Not really a negative thing, but an enhancer.
I think if you touch a bit of color in the iris of the eye opposite the highlight, it would produce dead on glass-like eyes that would be even more piercing. Not much..because it is a dark scene, but highlights do pass thru the cornea lens and refracting, reveal a bit of the color of the iris pigmentation opposite.
Other than this small thing...excellent job! Very cool....
